Now that I have my blog straightened out (for the most part), I finally feel happy about writing new posts again!

I have great news!

If you remember I posted about Capture Cincinnati. A book of photos from Cincinnati that would be published this year.
Here’s a little reminder!

Well I got an email last week that said I HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED! Woohoo! Im so excited. I am going to the book’s release party on Wednesday so stay tuned for pictures!!! Thanks to everyone who voted for me! I can’t wait to see which pictures made it in the book!

You know I can’t post without a picture so here are two random photos that made me smile in the past week or so:

These are the most adorable cupcakes I’ve ever seen! They were made by a co-worker of mine for my friend Charlene’s Baby Shower. Charlene gave birth to the most adorable baby girl on a full moon. Crazy what a full moon will do! Anyway Congrats to Charlene– I can’t wait to take more photos of that adorable baby girl!

And Starbucks… Do I really have to say what makes me smile about these? Even though I can’t have whipped cream and have to have them made with soy, they are still delicious and I am totally ADDICTED!

I promise to post more, now that I finally have my blog straightened out. You should be able to see my large pictures without them cutting off to the edge of the screen now. YAY for that!

A few weeks ago I snapped a few pictures of my friend (and sometimes babysitter) and her adorable puppy. I thought it would be hard taking pictures with a pet but it was really fun and a nice change. Now someone needs to book me to do a real shoot with pets!

My family’s Halloween Pictures are way overdue! I have been working behind the scenes on this blog forever. I swear, one day I’ll get it right. So even though I’m not posting, that doesn’t mean I’m not here!
Anyway on to the more important stuff:

My son was the cutest puppy I’ve ever seen for halloween.
I can’t stand how cute he is!!! And AJ makes an awesome Ninja too!

I was Soda Pop Sue at work. We were all waitresses at a restaraunt called “Someplace Else”
“Home of the half fast burger. If you like ‘em Half Fast GO SOMEPLACE ELSE”

And my pumpkin! Every year I do Maleficent (The evil queen from Sleeping Beauty, which just happens to be my favorite fairytale) but this year I decided to do the three fairies. It didn’t turn out as great as I was hoping but its okay.

Aren’t these kids the cutest? I had fun a lot of fun at their shoot today. These are a few of my favorite from their session today!

Guess who turned two?
He’s so hard to catch with my camera, but its getting better. Now when I bring the camera out and say “Smile!”, He turns his eyes to the side and sticks his tongue out. Like this :

I took a day off and Tanner and I went to the fair a few weeks ago. He rode the kiddie rides all by himself! And he looooved the Demolition Derby.
